Therapy Rates

$175 for Initial session and per 45-minute follow up sessions

Payment

Accepted payment is Cash, Master Card or Visa. We do not take checks.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay missed or late cancelation appointment fee of $100.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit (EAP) plan. You may check your coverage or we would be happy to help you find out. If you have coverage we will kindly file for you so all you are resonspible for is your co-pay. Insurance does not cover coaching.

• Fee is $300 monthly with an agreed upon accountability agreement
• Choose 30 minute weekly sessions or 60 minute bi-weekly sessions
  
• Use of Skype, phone or in-person is available
• Payments can be paid through PayPal, Master Card or Visa
  

• Fee is $200 month with an agreed upon accountability agreement
  
• Groups are a minium of 4 up to 8
  
• Groups are done at my office weekly with a 3 month committment
